As I look forward to my retirement to our new home in Napa, I thought it would be timely to write you about how pleased we are with our home.
From the original days when we meet you, it give me a great a deal of comfort to know that you are not only a "can do" person but also an honest and quality oriented businessman.
It was you who recommended Ed Keiner as an architect. He did a magnificent job in designing our home, but it as you as a general contractor who made sure the quality and integrity of the workmanship. Everybody warned Linda and I that it is difficult to have someone build a home for you when you are 500 miles away. That may have been true for others, but in our case, you did all the worrying and Linda and I were able to relax.
It is even more rewarding to know that although we started out on a business relationship, we are now able to continue a warm friendship.
Linda and I want to thank you for your efforts, and should you ever need a recommendation for any prospective home builder, you can always use our house as a showcase.
